North of the Pinnacles Entrance, Highway 240 runs straight across the grass to Interstate 90 at Exit 110. Fuel, food and a place to rest are in the town of Wall, along with the U.S. Forest Service's National Grasslands Visitor Center, the one center serving all of the country's national grasslands.
Stay straight about half a mile, right under the interstate into town. That's the whole road, rock and grass, the ones who paid for it and the ground that's leaving anyway. Thank you for riding it with Boone and me. Wall has gas, a meal, and the only visitor center for the nation's grasslands. We'd love some feedback on this tour, so if you enjoyed it, please leave a review. One last thing. Past the interstate and Tenth Avenue, turn left onto South Boulevard, then turn right onto Norris Street. The lot is on your right, just past Sixth Avenue.
